I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, unfortunately, were outdated and didn't feel clean, with ants everywhere causing a major hassle during the night. On the bright side, the service was a pleasant surprise with some staff being incredibly friendly, especially Christine at the front desk. Regarding the location, it was convenient but marred by poor building conditions. The dining experience was satisfactory, with decent food options available.

We only received 2 towels and 1 washcloth for a 4-day stay, and requesting more towels from the front desk wasn't a pleasant experience.
